Activity Capacities

The video above will talk about the Activity Level Capacities. Now, these do not affect the event as a whole, just for each individual activity that you put onto your event form.

Capacities

To set this up, you would go to the Activity tab on the gray bar and when you either make new Activities or editing ones you have already made, you would see the Capacity bar under Location. You can put any number you’d like and create/update the Activity.

For this example, I put a small number for the capacity to show what would happen when someone tries to sign up for Activities when the capacity has been reached. When the capacity for an Activity has been reached, the Activity will not have a place to sign up for the Activity.

It lets them know before they sign up with the message, so no one can sign up.
